Club Member Rates and Reservations
Please refer to Club Quarters web page for a complete description of the smaller/refurnished guest house space for overnight rentals (e.g. no great room available to guests). This is still a hosted farm-stay but overnight lodging is ONLY for invited returning guests (aka Club Members) with limited dates available since we plan to travel more and enjoy the Ranch privately ourselves in semi-retirement.
Like our past 11 years of rentals, the guest area is still a completely private vacation rental home (you prepare your own meals, separate entrance, no shared interior spaces). And you are still our ONLY GUESTS for your selected dates! Most visits are hosted (though a few non-hosted dates also available) since we live on our ranch with our animals and will be here during your visit, though we do try to ensure as much privacy or interaction as you want.

3-night minimum for advanced reservations, though will accept 2-night reservations for dates still open within 4 weeks. Contact Cyndi if you're interested in additional surrounding dates for longer stays.
- Rates and availability are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with payment. High/low season rate based on arrival date.
- Cancellations refundable (less $100 fee) if more than 4 weeks before check-in. See rental agreement for change/cancellation terms (travel insurance recommended).
- 10% lodging tax. No Security Deposit required since all D&PR Club Members are good returning guests (we'll only collect for any damages).
